For years, many of the older congregants at Northern Hills Synagogue in Cincinnati had trouble hearing the services. They felt that they could no longer fully participate in this important part of their lives. Some even stopped attending. Once the hearing loop was installed, they were suddenly re-connected and re-engaged as a part of their beloved community.
